AKHS,P, in collaboration with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the Aga Khan University, Karachi, is strengthening its community eye care services and invites applications for the position of Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Aga Khan Medical Centre, Booni, Chitral .

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for :

• Providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, including the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases
• Performing a wide range of ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgeries and laser treatments
• Supporting community eye care initiatives and outreach activities in the region
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Eligible candidates meeting the Aga Khan University’s faculty criteria may also be considered for a joint faculty appointment at the University.
