We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Marketer

with

2 years of hands-on experience

in managing and growing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with online communities, and driving lead generation through strategic social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and performance-driven campaigns within the IT and software services industry. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube. Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos, reels, and blogs) tailored to the IT industry and target audience. Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads integration). Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and build meaningful interactions. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in the IT / software sector). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Buffer / Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. Creative mindset with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Compensation & Benefits
