Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting / finance. Experience in working with : Preparing or managing accounts and tax returns. Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries. Reviewing expenses submitted by employees. Monitoring incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable. Creating financial reports based on the above information. Analyzing data to assess the company’s financial health. Understanding revenue sources and losses. Generating reports on profits, equity, and cash flow. Providing financial information to management through research and analysis. Verifying documentation and preparing payments. Participating in payroll administration and managing organizational expenditures. Auditing financial information. Gathering and presenting reports, budgets, financial statements, and business plans. Analyzing organizational accounts and business strategies. Ability to work under pressure, especially in bankruptcy situations. Negotiating deal terms and managing client or organizational agreements. Monitoring colleagues’ work to increase efficiency and meet deadlines.
