Job Description :
A Design Coordinator is responsible for managing design projects and ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, and clients, to deliver high-quality design solutions. They will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage design projects from conception to completion.
- Work closely with designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure design projects adhere to quality standards and guidelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of design strategies.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is up-to-date.
Requirements
Proven experience (6-10 years) in design coordination or a related field.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or AutoCAD.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.Highly organized with keen attention to detail.Understanding of design principles and practices.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in design, architecture, or a related field.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is preferred.Certification in project management is a plus.Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design projects and coordination work.Other Information :
