Unilever is currently hiring for Supply Planner UFS.

Location : Lahore, Foods Factory
Terms & Conditions : Full-Time
Job Purpose : Manage Master Production Schedule & Material Requirement Planning for UFS Category to achieve the required Service Levels, with optimum level of stocks and business waste.
Responsibilities
- Material Requirement Planning & Inventory Management : Ensure raw materials and packaging material availability as per norms.
- Manage inventory as per A, B, C classes.
- Update week-on-week material requirement planning (MRP) in Excel and load MPS in SAP to run system MRP.
- Create PR for import materials as per lead time.
- Create POs for local raw materials and follow up with local suppliers.
- Week-on-week circulation of early warning indicators to Procurement.
- Follow up with suppliers on ETAs of materials.
- Master Production Schedule : Ensure coverage as per norms and highlight capacity constraints.
- Week-on-week update of MPS based on openings and Demand plan revisions.
- Ensure daily plan compliance and mitigate issues related to RM / PM during the production week.
- Maximize production efficiency through run strategy and line optimization.
- Provision and Blocked Stocks : Provisions for UFS category; minimize business waste; highlight MOQ issues and expiries based on demand and communicate to business and finance.
- Ensure system hygiene; coordinate blocked stock removal with relevant stakeholders.
- Production Planning : Share weekly production plan with foods factory and align with operations stakeholders.
- Ensure daily plan compliance and mitigate RM / PM issues during the production week.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, local suppliers, quality and R&D for material issues / movement / release.
What Will You Need To Succeed
Education & Work Experience
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business or Engineering.2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.Proven track record of analytical thinking, stakeholder management and team management.Skills
