Essentially a Senior Word Press developer with senior level experience. He will be handling client on boarding, answering Clients technically, closing leads with a specialized portal that is kind of freelancing but premium. Recruiting his team, managing projects. We will be offering him percentage + fixed salary + long term partnership growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Lead role based in Lahore District. The Technical Lead will oversee technology development, manage projects, and provide technical direction to the team. Responsibilities include system design, code reviews, collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development, including coding, debugging, and system architecture
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and project management
• Strong background in cloud technologies, APIs, and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern development workflows
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Relevant experience in the technology industry or a track record of working in cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality technical solutions
