Senior / Lead SQA

At Emergen, we are seeking experienced Senior / Lead SQA Engineers to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities

Lead QA processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing Establish and improve QA metrics, processes, and documentation Collaborate closely with engineering to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues Mentor and guide junior QA engineers; conduct reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements

Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with leadership responsibilities Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI / CD Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
