Customer Sales Representative / Outbound Calls We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products / services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional after‑sales support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Comfortable in evening shift (6 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM).
