Video Presenter / Content Creator (Real Estate Projects)

Job Description Job Responsibilities

Record daily short videos (30 sec – 2 min) for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).

Present Ajman & Dubai real estate projects confidently and professionally in front of camera.

Read and explain project details, prices, payment plans, and offers provided by management.

Assist in video planning, scripting, and posting on social-media platforms.

Coordinate with video editor / photographer for professional video production.

Maintain a positive and confident screen presence and follow the marketing schedule.

Salary & Benefits Salary : PKR 70,000 – 100,000 / month (depending on experience & presentation quality).

Office Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Indoor Studio (no client visits)

Job Specification Skills Required

Good communication in English and Urdu (Punjabi is a plus).

Confident camera appearance and clear voice.

Knowledge of social media marketing and real estate is an advantage.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn scripts and speak naturally.

Basic understanding of TikTok / Reels trends preferred.
