Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.
  • Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Build, train, and fine-tune ML / DL models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Deploy models into production using APIs, cloud platforms, or containerized solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI / ML solutions into applications.
  • Continuously optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and trends in AI and machine learning.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI / ML, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI / ML development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience working with APIs, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), or containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) for reporting and insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Skills (Plus) :

  • Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing), Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, and automated model deployment.
  • Research background or contributions to AI / ML projects or publications.
