Overview
We are looking for an experienced HRBP to be a strategic partner to Business leaders, providing guidance in HR practices. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Identify talent gaps and devise plans for recruitment and development.
- Act as advisor on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance evaluation and development planning.
- Coach managers on performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Develop HR policies to support business goals.
- Analyze HR data for insights.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
