Our Potential Opportunity

INTECH Process Automation Inc. is seeking Associate Python Developer to join our growing Industrial Intelligence Solutions (IIS) division. This role is central to building next-generation IIoT, data, and industrial AI applications that support industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Food & Beverages, and Metals & Mining. At INTECH, you will work on impactful projects, developing intelligent software solutions that utilize real-time operational data, advanced analytics, and cutting‑edge Generative AI to solve complex industrial challenges. These AI‑powered tools are crafted to enhance productivity, improve decision‑making processes, and foster an environment of efficiency and innovation in the workplace.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend components for our enterprise GenAI product.
• Implement data processing pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Work with LangChain (or similar) to build LLM workflows, toolchains, and retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate external APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
• Participate in model testing, prompt engineering, and evaluation of GenAI components.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement scalable and secure system architectures.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and contribute to internal engineering standards.
• Support debugging, testing, and deployment of new features.
