PR & Communication Specialist

Public Relations :

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's public image.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and media events.

Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.

Corporate Communication :

Create and manage internal and external communication plans.

Develop key messages and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Write and edit content for newsletters, websites, social media, and other communication channels.

Handle crisis communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, partners, and the public.

Manage communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on PR and communication initiatives.

Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Brand Management :

Monitor and maintain the organization's brand reputation.

Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Reporting and Analysis :

Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns.

Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a PR Specialist, Communication Specialist, or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong media relations and networking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong organizational and project management skills
