Job Description

Assist the Vice President and CEO in designing the company's overall mission, values, and strategic goals.

Attend management meetings and share company information.

Lead, guide, and evaluate the work of employees such as ZMs, ASMs, RSMs, and managers, ensuring a healthy work environment.

Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and company profitability aligned with strategic goals.

Evaluate the company's success in achieving goals and develop corrective plans as needed.

Manage daily operations and revenue generation, ensuring continuous growth.

Assist in maximizing operational performance and achieving financial targets.

Identify ways to increase revenue and reduce costs by analyzing financial reports and preparing budgets.

Sign documents and make commitments legally binding for the company.

Stay aware of competitors, expansion opportunities, markets, and industry standards.

Measure and analyze key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs.

Familiarity with CRM software and store operations.

Lead and motivate a high‑performance sales team.

Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills with a problem‑solving attitude.

Be available to travel as needed.

Implement strategies at ground level by motivating and instructing the team to enhance sales, especially from C&F Super Stock, distributors, and retailers.

Be an excellent trainer with authentic examples and industry reputation.

Possess a well‑known personality in the industry with strong medical science knowledge for resolving queries.

Salary range : 24L to 48L per annum

• Incentives + State Allowance + Head Quarters Allowance.

Qualifications

BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.

5+ years of managerial experience.

Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.

Excellent management, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Confident and goal‑oriented.

Current industry knowledge and willingness to update it.
