to help us bring new clients and projects for our
web development, app development, and software solutions
services.
This is a
commission-based position only
no fixed or basic salary
will be provided.
You’ll earn a
20% commission
on every confirmed project after client payment.
Job Overview The ideal candidate will have at least
1.5 years of experience
in business development or client acquisition. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through various online and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present and promote company services effectively.
Help in closing deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Track leads, conversions, and project updates.
Explore new market opportunities to expand reach.
Qualifications
Minimum
1.5 years of experience
in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of web or software development services (preferred).
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
CRM or lead‑tracking experience is a plus.
Compensation
20% commission per confirmed project (paid after client payment).
No fixed or base salary — commission only.
