We're in search of a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the role of Community & Social Media Marketing Manager. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead community engagement across multiple platforms and lead our social media efforts to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Your mission will be to cultivate a thriving community culture while orchestrating strategic social media initiatives to propel our marketing objectives forward. For this role, employment will initially take the form of project-based contracts (6 months) with an initial probationary period of three months.

Responsibilities :

Community Management :

• Engage with our community across platforms such as forums, social media channels, and online communities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community culture by facilitating meaningful interactions, discussions, and activities.
• Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Organize and facilitate community events, contests, and discussions to encourage participation and collaboration.
• Gather and analyze feedback from the community to provide insights for product development, customer support, and marketing strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its community, representing the voice of the community internally and advocating for their needs and interests.
• Monitor community discussions, trends, and sentiment to identify opportunities and address issues proactively.
