Product Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and innovative

Product Manager

to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in product management and a proven track record of driving product strategy, development, and execution. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring they deliver value to our customers.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Gather and prioritize product requirements by working closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products or features.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Monitor product performance using analytics tools and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance the product.

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Ensure the product meets quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive decisions.

Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategies effectively.

Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Experience in the tech industry or with software products is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
