We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ecommerce Manager to maintain and expand our growing online catalog of parts and diagrams. You will play a critical role in ensuring our website remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for customers searching for the right parts by model, series, or brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information
- Add and update products and parts (up to 1,000+ per brand) into the system
- Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation
Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenanceStrong organizational and categorization skillsProficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogsBasic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is a plusMust be able to work during EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM New York Time)Ideal Candidate
