Senior SQA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer with 4 years of experience who will play a key role in enhancing our testing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. As part of our QA team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every release is thoroughly tested, reliable, and scalable.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Lead the testing process for complex software systems, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and meet quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior QA engineers.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and advocate for best practices in testing.
• Act as a mentor for less experienced QA team members, providing guidance on test design and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
