Responsibilities

• Manage patient communication via phone, email, and portals
• Handle Prior Authorizations efficiently
• Work on eClinicalWorks (eCW) for patient records and scheduling
• Support healthcare providers with day-to-day virtual tasks
• Hands‑on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) (mandatory)
• Proven experience in prior authorization
• Comfortable with US‑based timings (night shift)
• Detail‑oriented and organized
