Construction Workflow Administrator (Remote)
Job Description :
Design, implement, and refine workflows to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely task completion. Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Monitor project progress and address any workflow disruptions. Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands. Job Specification : Masters degree in
Construction Management ,
Civil Engineering ,
Project Management , or a related field. (A diploma in construction management or relevant certifications like PMP can be acceptable with strong experience.) 3 to 5 years
of relevant experience in
workflow or operations coordination
within the
construction industry . Fluent in English communication both written and oral for dealing with U.S. Market and management Familiarity with project management tools such as
Primavera P6 ,
MS Project ,
Procore , or
Asana / Trello . Comfortable working remotely as per the US Time zones from Mon till Fri Proven experience in workflow management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs. Hands-on experience managing documentation, coordinating with field teams / subcontractors, and working with construction timelines. Knowledge of US construction regulations and permit handling is a plus. Ability to interpret technical construction drawings and specifications. Required Skills :
