Ecommerce Manager

NASKSOFT is looking for an eCommerce Amazon / eBay officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our Amazon / eBay across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities

Handle performance notifications and create action plans. Analyze market pricing to assist interpretation of reports and publish recommendations for action plans. Track the pricing of existing products through Keepa Analysis. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Drive growth and profitability of our brands. Influence product design, content, and attributes. Manage the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion. Monitor Amazon account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues. Manage inventory levels in both seller central and our internal ERP. Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement. Configure products on internal ERP systems. Improve brand performance by optimizing reviews, SEO, and pricing. Keep up to date with best practices for Amazon sellers. Conduct keyword searches. Provide ideas for Linnworks Inventory system. Manage product images merchandising. Conduct listing Q / A and tracking. Possess knowledge of eBay sales and marketing. List products via eBay on a day-to-day basis. Perform price checking, using hardware knowledge, and adjust prices accordingly. Amazon Account Operations Knowledge

Experience with Amazon Seller Central Account Management. Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with Amazon return policy. Experience in removing negative reviews by convincing Amazon. Competence in all aspects of HTML and eBay, with photo editing skills. Laptop and desktop hardware knowledge. Knowledge of eBay listing methods. Experience in the clothing business. Self-motivated to work independently. Able to adapt to changing business needs. Accountability and ownership. Familiarity with different listing tools. Passion for technology. Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
