Sales Staff - Executive & Manager

We, at ECL, are looking forward to enhance our sales team and for that, we are looking for below things in the cadidate.

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of experience in sales management. Experience with the Courier industry is preferred.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Regular visits to the customers to generate leads and for strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Responsible for complete sales cycle; order, delivery and payment.
• Responsible for the performance and development of new Accounts.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
