Job description

The Role

You are a true brand ambassador driving your personal and counter sales target through exceptional artistry and outstanding MAGIC service. You lead by example within your team creating and driving magical customer experience through your appointments, masterclasses, tilbury theatre and Social content.

AMBASSADOR

Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language and expertise in Product Knowledge

Building your own client base instore driving your personal profile to become a brand ambassador for your store

Demonstrate a positive mindset and cooperative approach towards your work with management and colleagues

Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards reflecting your makeup look in accordance with our grooming guidelines

Drive local advocacy opportunities through your personal social channels, building your own profile and always using correct hash tags and reposting charlottes posts

Leading and inspiring your team to advocate through socials driving brand awareness and week on week social growth

ARTISTRY

Be an inspiration to the team always demonstrating expert artistry leading by example

Actively drives personal artistry progression keeping up to date with the latest on brand and competitor trends

Expert in Charlottes 10 Iconic Looks, demonstrating a good Understanding of Tilbury Technique, Brow Liner and Lip shape Ability to coach the team and drive team KPI's

Has a wealth of product and skincare understanding, can colour match and prescribe the perfect base for anyone anywhere, able to execute a signature flawless CT skin look

Working alongside the SLA to identify artistry development needs and opportunities conducting training with required artist

Ability to coach the team and drive team KPI's

Ensure that exceptional hygiene standards are maintained on the counter

Support Charlotte's backstage team through events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP

client appointments and location services (when required)

COMMERCIAL

Consistently deliver personal targets and KPI's of your own business, at all times and above counter performance.

INTERNAL USE

Work collaboratively to review the business with your Store Manager to put a POA into place for drivers and opportunities, including top and bottom performing artists, to achieve store targets and deliver #1 Ranking

Commercial understanding and action planning to help achieve no. 1 sales results through Services, ranking, limitless eventing opportunities, Social opportunities, ATV, Occupancy, and our key franchises.

Drive incremental cash through limitless eventing. Ensure you are leading from the front with planning and hosting to overachieve your stores eventing targets monthly and for the year.

Social presence with forward thinking to drive big calendar moments and / or opportunities in

their locations. (internal / external eventing / student events / High mobs vs different stores) to include these results in monthly report to your Trainers

Driving personal appointment occupancy and maximising every consultation always delivering exceptional MAGIC service

Have a clear understanding of the store occupancy performance and targets and working alongside the store manager to ensure growth in your counters service performance

Consistently achieving brand expectations of rebooks and data capture.

Leading by example and focus on recruiting new customers daily, retaining and upselling to our returning CT customers.

Maintain high standard of time keeping on counter to ensure team efficiency

Ensure that exceptional visual standards are maintained on the counter

Maintain technology on counter, raising any operational issues to your line manager for resolution in a timely manner

STORE

Lead by example and be able to communicate effectively

Clear communication during meetings and calls (roles may include team / same role / SLA / FTM)

Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail operations team; ensuring all store policies are always adhered to

Proactively suggest collaborative opportunities within the department to your line manager to drive commercial success

Ensure the Company cash loss prevention and security policies are always adhered to Disrupt and Innovate

Naturally creative, seeking new ways to create Tilbury theatre to drive daily sales

Thinks outside the box to create inspirational activities to inspire and motivate the team

Embraces change to promote a positive mind set within team Win Together

Strong communication with management and always working collaboratively

The ability to build genuine internal and external emotional connections. Understanding learning & communication styles to ensure efficiency of communications & training is delivered
