The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube platforms.
  • Design and create engaging posts using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for growth.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive enrollment.
  • Persuasively communicate the academy’s offerings and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions in a CRM system.
  • The Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, telemarketing and lead follow-up
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and ad management tools.
  • Expertise in graphic design tools and campaign performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
