Key Responsibilities :
Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube platforms.Design and create engaging posts using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for growth.Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive enrollment.Persuasively communicate the academy’s offerings and benefits.Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions in a CRM system.The Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, telemarketing and lead follow-upKnowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and ad management tools.Expertise in graphic design tools and campaign performance analysisExcellent communication and persuasive skills.Ability to handle multiple inquiries professionally and effectively.Strong organizational and time-management skills.The Employer
