Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records (personal, educational, attendance, leaves data etc.) according to the company policies and legal requirements
  • Assist in creating effective employee on-boarding and orientation plans
  • Be actively involved in initial screening of candidates, schedule interviews in coordination with the managers
  • Assist the line manager in organizing event and activities for the employees
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Provide assistance in collecting data, conduct market survey to help develop market competitive compensation plans
  • Assist in developing and updated HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with the line managers to timely update Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for all the processing and documentation of employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Assist the line manager in reward, recognition and employee retention programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and labor.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
