Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring they are executed within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in facilitating project meetings and preparing necessary documentation such as meeting minutes and status reports.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring they align with planned costs.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
