ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It’s a 18- months, fast track development programme aimed ta developing the future leaders of BAT OPS Team. If you are a driven, passionate, and ambitious graduate and want to go far through a challenging and accelerated developments experience, then the operations Global Graduates Program is the best choice for you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• A core role in Operations and multiple cross functional attachments to develop you as a well rounded business leader
• Building and strengthening your leadership skills through various development opportunities and training programs
• Creating an impact on our international business participating in global cross market projects, under the supervision of your dedicated Coach & Mentor
• Attending the global Graduate Academy in London with the opportunity to meet senior leaders, work with the trainers from all around the globe and build up your professional network
