Active Projects : Canal City Sarai Alamgir, Dream City Kharian & ACE Shopping Park Kharian Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and providing information to walk-in clients Set up meetings with potential clients and arrange detailed site visits Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Deliver on sales targets through following defined KPIs Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams Proficient in handling the documentation process of closing a sale Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate for more than 4years Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Bachelor or equivalent degree Powered by JazzHR
