Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, and allocation.
Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
Assist with employee relations activities, including handling inquiries and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and training programs.
Assist in organizing HR events and activities, such as training sessions, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing documents, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements Bachelor’s Graduate, in Human Resources or a related field Understanding of HR Management principles Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills Good Analytical & Reporting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Powered by JazzHR
