Job Summary :
To assist the Business Unit Manager in managing the business operations by providing him / her with necessary actionable inputs and managing the back - end operations. To ensure operational objectives are achieved through effective management of performance and extensive collaboration with Line Managers.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
Effective Operations Management
- Communication regarding cycle instructions, target achievements
- Coordination with the field and head office teams
- To prepare Call Cycles of relevant region in stipulated time
- Collaboration with Line Manager and Ops Team for the Call Cycle
- Knowledge of Geographical areas and territories – NPR / CPR / Northern Areas / SPR / S&B
- Record keeping of Assets and Uniform
- Support HR for the Joining, resignation, leave applications and attendance of the team
- Analysis of performance through target achievement and VOQ data
- Update the User Lists as per requirements
- Analysis of team lead performance, AM performance, brand and category wise performance and region wise performance
- To consolidate Grading Document, GROW model, and mapping
- To share updates regarding Brands and categories.
- To record, update and manage Distribution lists as per the requirements
- To support finance team in matching the Head counts per month
- Technology Support
- Daily, weekly and monthly and adhoc reporting on targets, achievements, outstanding information
