About the Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer (Manual Testing) who thrives on catching edge cases, reproducing tricky bugs, and ensuring a great user experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to manually validate new features and updates before they reach our users.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, curiosity, and a methodical approach to testing will be your superpowers.

• 2–4 years of experience in a manual QA or software testing role
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, testcases writing, and bug reporting
• Experience writing clear, thorough test cases and test scenarios
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr
• Comfortable working in Agile or fast-paced development environments
• Basic understanding of APIs and using tools like Postman for testing
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership over product quality
• Create and execute detailed manual test plans for new features and releases
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover bugs, edge cases, and usability issues
• Reproduce, log, and track issues with precision and clarity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and risk areas
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release readiness reviews
• Maintain and update test documentation in sync with evolving product features
• Identifying critical usability issues in multi-step user flows
• Testing EHR-integrated healthcare workflows or data-intensive dashboards
• Helping prioritise bugs and test coverage in tight sprint cycles
