Project Assistant

Job Description :

To contribute effectively as a Project Assistant at Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) by providing programmatic support to ensure smooth implementation of project activities. Committed to promoting participatory development approaches, enhancing community engagement, and supporting the organization’s mission through efficient coordination and documentation.

Main Responsibilities :

Program Support :

• Support the Regional Coordinator and Regional Manager in the effective implementation and management of project activities.
• Maintain strong coordination with both field and office staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with field teams to collect and organize all required supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) in consultation with the Regional Coordinator (RC), District Monitoring Officer (DMO), and Regional Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive records related to TB patients and ensure timely documentation.
• Conduct follow-ups with TB patients via phone in consultation with the DMO.
• Facilitate monitoring and evaluation visits by supporting the RC and RM during external missions.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed work plans in close coordination with the RC and RM.
