About the Role

We are currently seeking a Junior to Mid-Level WordPress Developer with strong technical skills and a passion for clean, efficient code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
Customize and troubleshoot themes / plugins based on project requirements.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with the design team to convert Figma / PSD to WordPress with pixel-perfect results.
Implement client feedback and resolve bugs / issues within deadlines.
Maintain documentation and follow development best practices.

Requirements :

2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (Junior to Mid-Level).

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with popular builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.

Familiarity with custom post types, taxonomies, and WordPress hooks / actions.

Ability to Integrate third-party APIs and plugins.

Ability to debug and resolve performance or compatibility issues.

Familiarity with cPanel / hosting, and website migration processes.

Basic understanding of SEO best practices for web development.

Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Canva is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with page speed optimization (LCP, CLS, etc.).

Knowledge of WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms is a bonus.
