About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to lead our social presence and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about building engaging content, running high-performing Meta ads, and scaling digital strategies for B2C and SaaS audiences, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Collaborate with designers and leverage AI tools to ideate, plan, and coordinate compelling, on-brand content
- Review and proof all content to maintain quality, tone, and consistency
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including retargeting funnels
- Analyze campaign and social performance to continuously refine strategies
- Handle multiple accounts / brands with a distinct and consistent voice for each
- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising (especially Meta)Solid understanding of B2C marketing and / or SaaS audiencesProven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high-quality outputStrong eye for content aesthetics, tone, and performance timingComfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer, Later, or similarExperience working with content management systemsNice to Have
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or automationExperience running TikTok Ads or LinkedIn AdsBasic graphic design skillsTrack record of successful retargeting campaigns and ad funnel optimization
