Product Manager - Tech

PakWheels is Pakistan’s largest online automotive marketplace and community. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building intuitive, high-impact digital products for millions of users.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at PakWheels , you will lead one of the product verticals from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to launch products and features that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vertical lifecycle : research, discovery, planning, requirement gathering, and feature delivery.
• Conduct in-depth user and market research to inform product direction, supported by competitor analysis and data-driven insights.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, wireframes, and specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company OKRs and customer needs.
• Define and monitor product success metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, engagement) using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
• Work with marketing and sales to craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create strong documentation : business cases, PRDs, and product strategy decks, including revenue impact and ROI assessments.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
