We are seeking a visionary

Director of IT

to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and security operations across the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for building a scalable, secure, and high‑performing IT ecosystem that supports Edge’s rapid business growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans. Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation across all technology functions. Drive automation, process improvement, and system optimization to enhance productivity and service delivery. Manage IT governance, data privacy, and compliance in line with global standards. Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that enable strategic initiatives. Oversee vendor management, IT budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations. Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and strong data protection protocols. Lead digital transformation initiatives, enabling Edge to operate smarter, faster, and safer. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing infrastructure, applications, and security. Proven success in building scalable IT systems and leading digital transformation in high‑growth environments. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ERP / CRM systems, and cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
