Job description

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Content Specialist to design and develop impactful content across print and digital media platforms for our internal teams. You will conceptualize, create, and deliver visually stunning materials that resonate with different audiences and align with our brand identity. If you have a strong eye for design, expertise in multimedia tools, and a passion for delivering compelling content, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging multimedia content for both print and digital platforms including brochures, sales decks, proposals, PDFs, and social media creatives.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and content tailored for prospects and client pitches.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas and simplify complex information visually for different audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, new technology, social media trends, competition, and broader market trends.
  • Translate brand concepts and communication strategies into visually consistent, innovative content.
  • Develop digital-first designs tailored for various platforms and mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and deliver high-quality visual assets on time.
  • Utilize videography skills for creating, editing, and optimizing video content where needed.
  • Research and apply design trends to ensure fresh, innovative approaches in all outputs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and digital media.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, After Effects).
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and brand identity development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams.
  • Knowledge of different digital platforms and user behavior to create platform-specific creatives.
  • Basic to intermediate videography and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with current digital design trends and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Experience of Figma is good to have.
