PAKISTAN TOBACCO COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR REPORTING SPECIALIST

LOCATION : Lahore, Pakistan

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

Support key strategic business decisions through the demand planning process by providing clear understanding on drivers contributing towards short term & long-term volume & value growth. Provide in depth insights and foresights using internal and external sources for demand planning to meet business objectives. Manage deliverables of a comprehensive and dynamic review of Marketing performance against targets and key metrics

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Analyze socio-economic variables and their impact on consumer and category dynamics to understand industry trend shifts, supporting forecast adjustments based on local economic changes.
• Understand drivers of business performance and incorporate them into short-term sales and demand planning.
• Assess the effects of internal and external factors to develop long-term forecasts, supporting pricing decisions and business recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive market analysis to provide strategic business insights and recommend remedial actions.
• Apply available resources and data to generate insights that address key business questions and advise decision-making.
• Evaluate BAT's performance in relation to competitor activities to support both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Drive industry analysis and scenario development, including share and volume projections, feeding into the BAT IBPM cycle.
• Handle reporting deliverables, providing a dynamic review of marketing performance, risks, opportunities, and aligning demand forecasts across internal systems.
• Support and manage the Planning teams demand forecasts uploads on internal systems and the respective system reporting on a monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad-hoc requests.
