Job description

Winnors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI CAD Draftsperson / Presentation Coordinator to contribute to our client’s dynamic team. This role demands a strong foundation in architectural drafting, exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance both drafting efficiency and the creation of compelling visual presentations. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, a creative mindset, and advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop to deliver high-quality technical drawings and impactful presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop architectural and infrastructure drawings utilizing AutoCAD and AI-powered drafting tools.
  • Generate detailed and visually engaging client presentations employing Adobe Photoshop and AI image generation tools.
  • Produce construction documentation, including Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, for various infrastructure projects
  • Create and review technical drawings of structural elements
  • Draft infrastructure designs, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Facilitate design coordination among different disciplines to ensure seamless technical integration.
  • Generate innovative design concepts to meet diverse client requirements and project objectives.
  • Conduct necessary research on codes, standards, and products.
  • Ensure all drawing sets adhere to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve CAD standards to promote consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in drafting software and pursue ongoing professional development.
  • Participate in relevant internal and external project meetings and manage follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and organize the drawing database for easy access and version control.
  • Review and incorporate revisions based on input from engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and explore new AI tools and their applications within the architectural and infrastructure design fields.
  • Possess hands-on experience with the latest AI tools relevant to drafting, visualization, and design processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma / Bachelor's or equivalent professional experience in technical drafting / design.
  • 3–5 years CAD drafting experience for relevant projects.
  • Experience preparing technical drawings for implementation.
  • Proficient in graphic design software for presentations.
  • Experience on projects reaching a final deliverable stage with drafting responsibilities.
  • Strong CAD and 3D modeling software skills.
  • Experience of working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with AI visualization / design tools (desirable).
  • Solid understanding of relevant technical drafting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new AI tools in design / drafting.
  • Hands-on experience with current AI tools is a plus.
