About the Role :

Winnors Remote Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing Structural Engineering client based in the UK. The ideal candidate will drive our outbound lead generation efforts, identify high-value prospects, and initiate meaningful client engagements across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to potential clients within the structural engineering sector.
  • Perform cold calls to decision-makers at architectural firms, construction companies, and property developers.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with key industry professionals.
  • Research and identify potential clients using online resources and industry databases.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with the sales or leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
  • Create, refine, and optimise outreach templates and email campaigns for different target segments.
  • Attend virtual industry events to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Generate weekly reports on lead generation metrics and conversion performance.
  • Perform cold calling to key decision-makers at architectural firms, construction companies, and property developers to generate leads and schedule meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
  • Demonstrated success with outbound sales activities (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-based outreach tools, and email automation platforms (e.g., Woodpecker, Newsletter tools).
  • Strong copywriting skills for professional outreach content and compelling email communication.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, email marketing regulations, and buyer personas.
  • Experienced in social selling techniques, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Ability to create and optimise multi-channel sales sequences and perform A / B testing for campaign improvement.
  • Data-driven with experience using analytics to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Previous success nurturing leads through structured, multi-step outreach campaigns.
  • Experience working with technical or engineering-focused companies is highly desirable.
