Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office
- Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives
- Support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles
- Recruit for a wide range of positions across all departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
- Post external job openings and manage the applicant tracking process through GoHire
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Qualifications :
3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition roleEducational background in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferredStrong sense of urgency and commitment to responding to candidates promptly, following established timelines and providing a positive candidate experienceExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsCollaborative team player with a focus on supporting hiring goals across departmentsProven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departmentsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in conducting phone interviews to effectively assess core competencies and refer top candidates to HR and hiring managersDemonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environmentSelf-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionWhat we Offer :
