Job descriptionflair for design with the ability, skills and motivation, to work alone or in a small team on multiple projects at the same time. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the high-end residential, refurbishments, or hospitality sector. Qualified and trained as an Architect, Architectural Technologist, Technician, or an Architectural Assistant. Must have some experience and knowledge of high-end interiors An appreciation of British House architecture and knowledge of current design trends. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential for this position. Salary tbc Office hours are 9am to 5pm with flexibility at either end of the day Salary reviews.
We are looking for an Architectural Assistant to join our team. Our practice offers full architectural services from initial sketch design to completion on high-end residential projects, including interiors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on high-end residential projects.
- Using AutoCAD as your daily software
- Preparing sketch design plans.
- Preparing elevations and final planning drawings.
- Preparing Sectional Drawings and technical details.
