Business Development Executive / Cold Caller

We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join our onsite team in Karachi. You'll connect with U.S.-based small businesses to generate leads, close sales, and book appointments for our design, development, and digital marketing services.

Shift Timing : 9 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM (Night Shift)

Location : Onsite Karachi (This is not a remote position. Please do not apply if you're looking for remote work.)

Key Responsibilities :

Cold call U.S. small businesses

Promote and sell : Design, 3D Animation, Web / App Development, Digital Marketing

Convert leads, book appointments, follow up

Meet sales targets and update CRM

Requirements :

1-2 years of cold calling or sales experience

Fluent English (neutral / light accent)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

CRM proficiency and organized workflow

Preferred :

Experience with U.S. clients or digital services

Lead sourcing via LinkedIn / directories
