Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products. Conduct and support usability testing and user research to validate design decisions. Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs. Maintain design consistency across the product by following design systems and guidelines. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users. Contribute to the evolution of our design system with reusable components and patterns. Stay up-to-date with UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- 3–4 years of professional experience in UI / UX design.
- Bachelors in design or relevant field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and interactive design work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and developers.
- Good grasp of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
