Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of design projects, ensuring all visuals reflect the brand's identity and mission.
- Cultivate a cohesive visual style and oversee design from conceptualization through production.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers, promoting growth and artistic development.
- Create mood boards, style guides, and visual presentations to communicate concepts effectively.
- Manage timelines, resources, and project scopes while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Stay informed on design trends and emerging technologies to keep our branding fresh and relevant.
- Present design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Communication, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in an art director or leadership role.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in branding and design projects.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas while managing a team.Thorough understanding of digital and print design processes.Experience in non-profits or social enterprises is a plus.Benefits
