Responsibilities

Finalizing commercial aspects of the Sales and Purchase Agreements. Finalizing the Transportation Agreements in coordination with the Deputy Chief Engineer. Coordinates with the Government / Private Companies for their comments on the draft agreements. Delegate and ensure timely correspondence with the concerned stakeholders for early finalization of agreements. Should be well aware of and ensure compliance of prevailing Petroleum Policies, Rules, Directives, SROs etc., prescribed by Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and other competent authorities of the Government of Pakistan. Informs the Government / Private Companies and concerned departments regarding the financial impact of deviations and about the relevant action as per agreements. Verifies the invoices against the financial implications of the recommended action. Issue reconciliation reports and invoices for payments as per the agreement regulations.
