Job Summary :
Production Designer play a crucial role in shaping online experience by creating visually compelling, user-centric designs that enhance engagement, drive conversion, and foster brand loyalty. As part of the creative and digital experience team, we bring TCP’s brand to life across various digital touchpoints, working to align creative strategy with overall marketing, merchandising, and business objectives.

Designing and Mapping Creative Customer Journeys :
- Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy teams to design and map end-to-end creative journeys for customers, ensuring that each touchpoint is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for user experience.
- Develop seasonal and event-based shop experiences on the website and in-app that showcase collections, highlight promotions, and cater to customers' evolving needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the customer's journey. Use these insights to create design flows that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement with the brand.
Iterative Design Based on Marketing and Merchandising Goals :
Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to understand key goals for campaigns, launches, and product highlights, adapting digital creatives to meet these objectives.Use an iterative approach to test, refine, and evolve designs based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and marketing goal shifts.Collaborate with analytics teams to assess campaign results, using insights to inform design improvements and optimize creative assets over time.Cross-Channel Asset Creation and Support :
Assist in developing visual assets for various digital channels, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.Ensure that designs are optimized for each platform and that cohesive visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines and customer expectations.Maintain adaptability to the brand's seasonal and campaign needs, supporting rapid ideation and production of assets for fast-paced digital initiatives.Technical Collaboration and Problem-Solving with Development Teams :
Understand the technical capabilities and limitations of the website and mobile platforms, collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility.Troubleshoot and problem-solve design challenges with cross-functional teams, helping to identify creatively and technically sound solutions.Communicate effectively with development teams, translating design requirements into actionable development specs and providing insights into the UX / UI aspects to ensure designs are fully realized.Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, Digital Marketing or related field5 years of work experience in design & digital marketingPrevious experience in retail would be an advantageProficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and designing responsive layouts.Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and able to create high-quality visuals, animations, and other interactive assets that elevate the brand experience.Familiar with UX research methods such a A / B testing, user interviews, and surveys to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with various teams, not limited to marketing, merchandising, UX, and technical teams.Experience in using project management tools (such as Asana, Jira, or Trello) to track tasks, communicate progress, and coordinate across departments.Proficiency with analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) would be an advantage.Additional Skills and Behaviors :
