Job description
Relevant Experience :
5–10 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, preferably within the NGO or development sector.
Proven experience in managing donor-funded project, including accounting, budget preparation, financial reporting, compliance, and audit support.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance standards applicable to the nonprofit sector.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAP, or ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with field teams, external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Urdu is required; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage for field coordination
