A Day in the Life
We are offering you a position where you can demonstrate your commercial and leadership skills in a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will be responsible for :
- Planning, directing and monitoring the activities of a commercial team within a defined region / district / geography to achieve set sales targets.
- Developing and / or implementing business strategies for existing and potential new customers.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales team to implement the organisation's overall commercial strategy for an assigned region.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support sales, market development, service efforts and clinical programmes.
- Identifies opportunities and develops new programmes to meet the organisation's commercial plans to increase market share.
- Assesses the need for new sales programmes and processes, conducts competitive analysis and implements strategies.
- Coaches sales representatives and the technical consulting team on the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services, on marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales goals.
Must Haves
Practical sales, business development and management knowledge to lead and manage the execution of processes, projects and tactics for commercial portfolios and products.Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline with an understanding of the impact of the work on other areas of the organisation.Bachelor of Pharmacy / Biomedical Engineering / Science or equivalent qualification.7-10 years' relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years' relevant commercial leadership and people management experience.Good written and spoken English.People management skills.Experience of selling cardiovascular products.Nice to Haves
MBA degree.Key Account Management (KAM) experience.We Offer
